Customer satisfaction is very important to us, that is why we are ready to maintain a good business relationship  before, during and after a business transaction.  If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with our product(s), we will be more than happy to assist you. All you have to do is send it back to us in its original condition within 7 business days after you receive it/them and you will get a refund.

However, refunds might not be approved for items received in visibly worn conditions. Secondly, with the exception of Canada  and the US, shipping costs will not be refunded.
